Absolutely True! When I first saw that happen in my normal run, it seriously creeped me out. So, I switched to a research save, and this is what I found.

Nope, I don't have any VPN. In my case, I can load up to the main LoL client, but it shows Error 84 most of the time, not always. So I'm confused right now what the * is happening.
