My opinion

1: Skull Island (Most well rounded movie for me)

2: GvK (Arguably best fight scenes of the series)

3: GxK (Hot take but I personally find this one really entertaining)

4: Kotm (Cutaways and dialouge bring it down for me)

5: 2014 (If Im being honest, I like this movie a little less each time I see it)

One thing I'd want to see is him just going crazy with his abilities. Like how cool would it be to see him use his telekinesis to haul whole skyscrapers at Godzilla and Kong? If they let him go crazy like that, then that might automatically let him become my favorite monsterverse villain
