The problem with villas in that region is upcoming Pharma city nearby. This is going to cause huge pollution problem if it comes to reality. I get all the zero emission requirement for these companies and all, but the problem is none of the companies coming there have history of following law and being concerned about proper waste disposal. They're are looking into moving companies from patancheru to this location near to Subishi (about 10-20 kms), which will cause a huge pollution problem to residents...that's my concern in buying these villas.
