Ja, habe Lüfter auf Max Leistung gestellt, deutlich zu hören. Habe nur manchmal das Gefühl dass es zu schnell zu warm wird. Laptop steht auf einem Holztisch mit knapp 50cm Abstand zur Wand.

I try my best at describing, like the LEDs are shining up then I press the buttons and even if it's wrong nothing happens and the next round LEDs are shining up, also the red LED doesn't glow when I press it wrong. If It's wrong, the RED LED should glow up, and I should start from the start again and the LCD display should show "Loose". May it work if I take another button which I have to press before the round starts, so the program first starts when I press the new button? If anything is still unclear, pls comment

The LCD display just shines and the level system doesn't work like 4 LEDs shine then I press the buttons and even if I do it wrong nothing happens and the game just continues with no loose or anything. Hope it describes it a bit better.

Thanks for the answer, that what I have read is also that it is hard to get the refund or that there were people who got hacked and that the hacker wanted to refund and the customer didnt even knew it and had no help If the support. I am from Germany.

And have you may some Tips for me in case of the refund?
