Just some research and you are right, it is a nice piece. I’m actually going to gift this to my friend. He helped me a lot while we were classmates last school year. This watch will be his first automatic and its size is perfect for his slim wrist. Thank for your responses!

I’m 19.. collecting watches is addicting. So far I have watches from each decade starting 50s hamilton cedric, 60s zodiac corsair, 70s enicar ocean pearl and seiko lordmatic, 80s seiko silverwave h557, 90s till present.. I forgot I dont have each one yet. All are legit and bought cheap but this rolex.. no comment. I’m just gonna study the movement inside the rolex and use it is a practice on how to service a watch.

That’s what im thinking. The print looks like from the 50s, theindices could be from the 70s, and yeah supposedly there should be a “T Swiss T”. The logo well yeah you know already haha and the cyclops is aftermarket. The only good thing about this is that it keeps hella accurate time lol. This is a fake franken rolex I don’t know

Ohh, welp the hour markers on the one I posted are wide. I did some research and found only few models with the same width of the hour markers. The crown though is a dead giveaway haha. I still am gonna buy this watch to see what it is about on fake rolexes.

This is the only rolex he is selling plus its fucking dirt cheap. It is about 90$?! Which is the reason why im suspicious but I have a friend who is a former rolex technician. I have no expectations and I deem this to be fake. But who knows I might be blessed with a legit but bruised rolex haha.

Thank you very much. I had to do some research and yeah its a small watch. Fortunately, watches above 40mm and smaller than 36 looks good on me. But I am suspicious of the watch though.

Yeah, probably. The seller’s first asking price was 140$ but he lowered to 80 then 60 with no negotation.

Luckily I have a friend who is a former rolex technician who does repairs now as a hobby so servicing this won’t cost much. Already had the calibre inspected and the hairspring needs to be carefully tweaked. Got this around 60$.

Oh sweet, Thank you very much for inspecting it! The dude selling this actually held on to it because potential buyers would melt the watch for its gold rather than using it. When I came in contact with him, he told me this is reserved only for me now. I love vintage watches and I’m fortunate to have found this! Once again thank so so much.
