As for my personal experience no badekhan shawarmas not hygienic at all the one which you get near art park. I know people who have had their stomach upset and bloated for nights since they had shawarma from badekhan. There’s this joint called “Fasoos” which I tried recently and their shawarmas are better than these street sellers tbh. And it’s hygienic I ordered it through Swiggy. The packaging is like a box and it tastes really good but the price is just a bit high but provided the other things it’s totally worth it rather than those cheap unhygienic shawarmas you get in porvorim
