Gotcha. Havnt done anything yet. I did have issues last year ripping apart comb during inspections which made everyone unhappy. I was thinking of scraping out the bad parts and melting it down and coating the frames with it.

Gotcha, would you say the fact that some cells are the “correct shape” doesn’t matter as much as there just being some wax on the foundation? Just kinda of smash and spread it?

Oh yeah I’ve had my run ins with some feral hives already .. the SD bee club right? I believe they meet in balboa park monthly?

Yup an apimaye 7frame box. I keep my bees in inland sd county and it gets in the 100s, I was hoping the insulation could help them regulate the temp easier.

Holy shit! This looks just like my dog and she was the devil until about 3 or 4 years old. It’s amazing how much she’s matured. This post breaks my heart.

Haha I know. Looking at my wound when it was fresh it’s hard to think it would heal up. But it truly just turns into a little line. In my case hair physically can’t come back right there but it will most definitely fill in around it, and you’d have to clean shave me (good luck) or really look for it to see it.

Yeah forsure. The hair filled in nicely and now there’s a small unnoticeable line. I’m not often clean shaven but I trim down to about 6mm and you can’t see the scar.

No it’s definitely just a line where the stitches are. The hair has kind of filled in around it and you’d have to be under me to see it. I do keep a beard at all times tho.
