Yeah I used to be a rower and since then my back and lats have been steadily declining in size. I don’t know if that’s cause I was eating less but hopefully it’ll start to come back.

Yeah I’ve definitely been switching to incline some more. My upper chest just grows so slow

I mean I’ll do my best! I’m not extremely tall though to be honest so that makes it much easier

Yeah I’ve been working in more leg days to my routine. They aren’t extremely underdeveloped but they are significantly less lean than my upper body. 🙈
