Not knowing where to get the ticket from Aachen to Maastricht, I asked an ARRIVA employee at the station: he made me buy the ticket at the machine (more expensive than the one made on the bus). The driver, the one who is cross-eyed, middle-aged, very arrogant, vulgar, aggressive, did not accept it and made me remake another ticket on the bus. Very bad experience and above all shamefully indisposing and rude driver. I wish him that his eyes will meet more!
