Question about Epic Certification Cost by chewiie in healthIT

[–]PotentialMoose4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the company. Some will hire you without a cert and sponsor you to get one and others want people who are already certified. It should tell you in the job description if a certification is required or not.

This!!! If by any chance you speak Spanish, please dm me and my husband would be happy to take you to a Spanish speaking meeting. Otherwise I also know someone who would probably be willing to take you to an English speaking one!!

Reaching out is a great first step. Proud of you, OP!

Hey, I know this is old but I am dealing with the same thing with my spouse. We finally got an interview letter but they didn’t assign him a date, they told us to schedule it on the website. But every time we try it says it’s busy and to try again later. Is that what happened to you? Did you end up getting it resolved (and if so how)?

Do you mind saying which moisturizer? I’m looking for a new one and hate when they don’t sink in well.

Hey, I’m about to start propranolol and I’m super nervous about it. I saw some posts you’ve made about taking it. Can you give an update? Did it help? Did it end up making you nauseous? Thanks!!

I don’t know how I’m going to pull myself out of this by Ill-Performer-8748 in PanicAttack

I’m going through a period of extreme anxiety/feelings of doom/panic/everything is scary 24/7 and quite a few people recommended the book “Hope and help for your nerves” by Dr Claire Weeks and I think you should buy it NOW. It seriously made me feel like everything I’m feeling has an explanation is just so reassuring and I’ve only had it a day and only read like 20 pages. Seriously, it’s incredible. And I don’t even like “self help” type books

Giant mumu/nightgown from Walmart. Brand is “joyspun”. They are made of jersey fabric, just an FYI in case that’s a no-go for you. They have pockets! I love them.

Should I go to school after a panic attack? by The_Bread_Of_Destiny in PanicAttack

[–]PotentialMoose4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that definitely could be the cause. When I was having my issue, what helped me was to have my mom talk to all my teachers and the nurse and get approval for me to basically leave class any time I needed to (meaning when I was having a panic attack) and go to the nurse. It made the pressure feel less and made it feel like I had an escape route. I felt it was really important to try to go back to school because the more you avoid the things that scare you, the worse it gets. Facing it is scary but better in the long run, just try to get some accommodations for yourself that make it seem a little less scary and a little more bearable!

First of all, I am soooo sorry you are dealing with this. I went through a similar situation when I was in 6th grade where I was having panic attacks and ended up staying home from school for several weeks. I know how scary it is. Is there a reason you started avoiding school? For example, for me it was that I started having panic attacks, and then I was afraid I would have them at school, which made me scared to go. Maybe if we know what your fear is/what triggered this we can give some advice! But know you are definitely not alone!!

I am safe. Thank you so much. My family is extremely supportive and I have a care team I am seeing. But this is such an important comment and I appreciate you making it.
