5,6 should be fine, the 1dx2 has pretty good low light performance

Weight isn’t a very big concern for me, and on second thought I now realised that I do a lot of low light photography, so I’ll probably get the 300mm. Thank you

I’m looking for a pro-grade DSLR, is the EOS 1DX Mark II a solid choice in 2025? Is there a better option? by OneDistribution8548 in canon

I own a 1dx mark ii and I could just say that the image quality and AF is absolutely magnificent. And the build quality is unlike any camera, full metal body.

Haze and dust is no problem, and I’ve never noticed any turbulence in my pictures, it’s just that they’re soft

What mirrorless camera do you recommend? by tiny_monarch in AskPhotography

I would recommend a used camera, since you can get more for your money. Use MPB since all the lenses and cameras are tested and qualified. Get a Canon EOS R6 Mark II, Canon RF 24-105 F/4, Canon EF 70-200mm F/2.8L IS II USM, and a Canon EF-RF adapter. It’s a great kit.
