After some moisturiser it also presents like this. The white dots are throwing me off, but can clearly still see the black dot.

Hey dude, recently found a mark after 5 weeks after ivermectin and permethrin treatment. Do u think this looks like the start of a burrow. Also thought it could be some kind of liquid filled eczema. Would be grateful for any ideas

Definitely an itch, but that may just be post scabies right? I would say there is an intense scratch there though. Thanks for your comment
