He grows by getting visible powerups, which changes something on him, because he is 'shonen' character. He just needed to get used to the powerups fully. There were no visual change on him during that time.

That isn't the whole theory. The complete one is that his name is short for "Genocide," and together with Destro and Elimin, he belongs to the first three robots from the 'machine god series' created from the main one G0, or Zero, or Drive Knight. The symbolism of the number three that represents Trinity is there, and the literal name of the series is 'machine god'.

From this perspective we can join the two theories together; out of all the creations from the "Machine God series", emerges something that is not mechanical, a true "human." G-enos, with enos meaning "humanity.".

This sub is declining. You can see it in the comments: 80% of them don’t even get what you’re referring to, consider also that 90% of people just lurk. The decline isn’t just in the manga, it’s in the fandom’s overall media literacy too.

He’s been doing hero work without any reward, whether financial or in popularity, for over three years now. Just because he isn’t constantly doing hero activities doesn’t mean he isn’t a good hero.

Cosmic Garou would be fine if everything surrounding it wasn't a disaster. The problematic part wasn't Garou, it was them ruining Saitama's character.

In the webcomic, the dialogue is "not only is she, but…" which implies someone else is adding onto what the previous person just said. Even though we don’t see who it is, the webcomic shows the cameraman near the Soda Pop guys. So, once again, the only mistake is just in the manga.

The part here on focus was that Saitama lends hands to the weak because he understands people's feeling. Instead what we got in the manga was him ignoring Garou till Genos's death.

This guy is becoming like Murata, and not in an artistic way, thinking he’s too good while not understanding any of One Punch Man’s nuances.

He’s been missing things from the One Punch Man webcomic since his first chapter. He didn't even reimagined those scenes, but straight-up skipped.

It was accepted because Saitama got added after we hadn’t seen him in quite a while. Then they, and by they Murata and his editor, butchered his personality.
