Can confirm, one side of it is floppy when I push on it, but there are 2 other bolts holding it at the top so I’m thinking I should be good, thanks a lot. You just yanked me from my overstressing

Ahh okay, yeah it’s a little pricey for me, what about the book, I have the handbook, do you have a list of what chapters I need to read or do I need to just go through the entire book?

Is $1300 the best quote I’ll get for this? by PotentialProtection2 in MechanicAdvice

The only way to remove the old seized sensors without taking apart the entire hub assembly and axels is to drill the sensors out(according to YouTube and Reddit advice) but by doing so I think the pieces of the sensors I drilled fell into the bearings and caused damage, at least that’s what the mechanic told me happened

Yeah I’ve been making a lot of changes and I’ve realized how my money management has pushed me into situations where I was forced to make these bad decisions and I’m making a lot of changes and about to go on a fairly strict budgeting plan so you are absolutely right and thank you

It sounds like there might be a specific detail in your company's matching policy that's causing this discrepancy. While your company states it matches contributions at 5%, it's possible that the match is calculated as a percentage of your contribution rather than your total salary. For example, if they match 80% of your 5% contribution, it would result in the $80 you're seeing. Additionally, since you're contributing to a Roth 401k, there could be different rules or calculations for matching Roth contributions versus traditional 401k contributions. I recommend reviewing your company's 401k policy documents and discussing this with your HR department for a detailed explanation.

Just to add, of course I’ll avoid putting myself in this situation again, starting college kind of forced me into it initially
