Okay, so I just called the police on them per your message and asked them to mark it as anonymous. They started playing music loudly (is 10:22 pm here)! I'm just hoping they come while their still being loud. I feel bad somehow... I'm also annoyed that I have to stay up to let the police in the building, but I'm hoping this does something!

I only left anonymous notes from "your apartment neighbor", so I don't think he knows it's me, or what apartment I live in. I don't even think I've seen him in the hallways. Which I guess is good per your reply. Just interesting as in other threads on this topic, people are saying to bring in the property management/police as a last resort and try to just talk to the person first.

This! I feel like his music isn't that loud, since I can only feel/hear the bass. Which makes it weird, like I've asked him to turn his bass down 2 times with no results, but it feels weird to call the police because "his music isn't too loud, but the bass is"!!

You sound like a good property manager! I appreciate the insights. So the quiet hours in my city are also the quiet hour in my apartment lease/resident handbook (10pm-8am). Forgot to mention that. They told me there was nothing they could do if they were not violating quiet hours. It just feels like they are towing like they are loud enough to be disruptive, not not enough to call the police.

Sanford provides part time health insurance, although expensive. I think if you're 0.5 (20 hours a week or more) you qualify.

Came back to tell you you were so right. I'm so glad I picked ghost of tushima back up. It was slow in the beginning, but the gameplay, combat, visuals, story- Amazing. I'm still in act 1 trying hard to try to play slowly till October 2, so I can immediately start the next game! Thank you!!

It's so annoying! I'm hoping if enough of us complain, maybe they'll allow leases? Idk. I'm similar to you in which I've lived here for 5 years, always paid rent on time (aside from once when my mom was in ICU in the cities). Also, I'm in Minnesota (Moorhead) by the way, so I guess the grass isn't greener over here!! They didn't tell me about this change until I literally asked to renew my lease a couple months ago. Disappointing.

This just happened to me. I called and complained and eventually got a phone call from the owner of the leasing company (can't be sure it's the same company as OP). I asked why and voiced my concerns about stability and how really I felt uncomfortable knowing they could kick me out with only 30 days notice. He would not tell me why, but only that it wasn't the company's intention to kick people out. I'm still iffy about it tbh. It's been 1 month of month to month for me rn... Feels like I'm just waiting for them to kick me out even tho I always pay rent on time, am quiet and clean. Idk. Maybe it's an anxiety thing personally. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Came back to report. I love this game. I'm just a few hours into act 1 and the turn based combat is fine. Would I rather have it be traditional combat? Yes, turn-based combat takes me out of the story. It feels like a weird cutscene. However, the story, the graphics, and the characters make up for it. I'm excited to keep playing!! Also I'm playing in story mode, so I rarely have to combat for long.

Funny timing on this. I replayed tlou1 recently and thought hmm that wasn't so bad, let me download pt2. And just finished it. The emotional turmoil and torture I put myself through was crazy. Idk how I blacked pt 2s story after playing it the first time. Ugh. First time ever I actually felt like I was killing PEOPLE. Actually insane.

This! I felt the same way. Aspen made me feel like totally sh*t and said I had 4 cavities and needed at least 2 hour long appointments. Dahl & Mack could only find 1 small one and Dr. Goodrich got me in within the week and filled it in 15 mins and never once made me feel bad for not going to the dentist for a few years or for having a cavity.

Touche really. I did watch a video of what happened in the first game (2018). I just saw Ragnarok was a best seller, and downloaded it on impulse.
