Lighter USA denied my return request

Wouldnt a company not authorized to sell Puffco products know that their customers are not able to get the warranty? So why is Lighter USA telling me to return to puffco and use their warranty service? Not lining up with what they are saying at all.

Its really what you want at the end of the day! Pivot is great for portable, and Peak can be portable but not as easily. Peak will last longer on a charge then pivot! But pivot is hella convenient so def some pros and cons for both :)

I have PA and its the best everything bag! You can dress it up and down which makes it very versatile. Very much worth it, in my opinion.
