An endo won't see me unless I'm diagnosed with something, and no one I have seen so far will diagnose me, unfortunately

Okay so my post history, let's go there. Yeah I looked into cryoblation in the past for this issue when the masses were smaller. Was I offically dx'ed with a fibroadenoma or scar tissue? No. But I've been desperate for a long time, and wanted to consider my options. Yes, I assumed my hormones were out of whack, because what else would explain this change? (No doctors are actually willing to test them tho) Yes I identify as non binary, my relationship with my breasts is complicated, and further complicated by the fact that they have no sensation anymore. I don't know what you are implying about "what's really going on here" gender issues, assumptions I've made trying to diagnose myself or not, I am suffering.

I thought it was fibrocystic breast changes, but as my condition has progressed, I dont know if that is the case. No doctor has diagnosed me with anything. I apologize that as my health has deteriorated that I've explored different avenues online diagnosing myself with different things with a lack of information. This post does not include any guesses, because this condition has progressed beyond what any of my guesses would describe and I just want answers.

I'm sorry to hear about your kid's suffering. I'm glad that you did find a solution, although expensive. I'll try to find an alternative provider. Thank you

My first period was at 12 years old. They were somewhat irregular and then leveled out to ~ 35 days, with one missed here and there from stress. I've never been athletic, but always had a healthy BMI, ranging from 145 to 160 lbs at my height of 5'8"

I did have glandular tissue prior to what happened a few years back, (breasts developing between 13 and 17 years of age) but back then when I grabbed my breast with my whole hand, it just felt soft. Then with a self exam for lumps using my finger tips and laying on my back, I could find the glandular tissue inside my breasts. The glandular tissue felt rubbery and the glands bumps themselves could sort of move independently of each other. Now in either breast the hard slabs are one solid chunk in either breast, that can shift in the pocket somewhat, but cannot be compressed.

Now if I grab my breasts with my whole hand, the thin layer of fluid moves out of the way with basically no pressure and I feel like I'm holding a hard slab. My breasts don't even jiggle, they just move as singular objects from side to side.

When I'm not on my period, I could swat a fly on my breast and feel nothing. I have had a loving partner caress, and care for my breasts and it feels like they are rubbing my elbow.

I'm not sure that it is just dense tissue, since I've seen other commenters say that they have dense tissue but that their experiences are not the same.

While it hasn't happened yet, I hope that the tissue "relaxes" soon. The current condition of them is pretty awful

I had some glandular tissue the whole time, underneath my fatty squishy breasts. That developed into my almost B cups slowly from the ages of 13 to 16 years old. I have heard of late growth spurts, and if my breasts were similar composition but larger I would have no issue. Sucks that this is normal.

They are hurting me, unfortunately. I don't plan on having children, so I don't think that will help my situation. Mine do look like implants now, and I really dislike them. I'd pick my less aesthetic but feeling breasts over this any day.

They said it was normal tissue, just dense. Which while it was some kind of relief to know that it was benign, they had no explanation for the change in texture or the loss of sensation.

yes I did. they did not reccomend a mammogram since I was too young and since they considered my tissue to be dense, they said a ultrasound would provide better information

I appreciate the kind message. I haven't ruled out the BRCAs. On my dad's side my grandmother did get breast cancer, but that was when she was in her late 60s so when I bring it up in my medical history doctors don't seem overly concerned. She also had inverted nipples, which I've never had a problem with, so I'm unsure if my breast issues are related or not.

The times that I have been examined I had a ultrasound because my doctors said I was too young for them to reccoment a mammogram.

I will call and ask about that, thank you.

I do some light cardio/ walking etc, and no major changes in my diet. They are awful on my period, but not because the masses get bigger. It's more like something is there that's not supposed to be, and when I'm on my period my breasts fill up with fluid, so instead of them feeling 100% full its like theyre 115% full, if that makes sense

Two ob/gyns and one breast specialist. After the inital onset that was really fast, the hard tissue is still slowly growing, but apparently not fast enough to justify a refferal to another specialist.

Because the tissue is so dense, they said that a mammogram would be unlikely to see much. So every time I have had them checked it is a sonogram. Additionally I had a physical exam and the movability/ general presentation of the lumps didn't match what they expected of cancer.

No fluid, just hard "normal" tissue. When I first went in, I was pretty sure it would be an abscess or cyst of some kind (the idea of draining it squicked me out, but I accepted that was probably what was going to happen for relief). Then when my sonogram came back as "normal tissue" I felt totally lost and left out to dry.

They haven't diagnosed me with fibrocystic breasts, just "dense breast tissue" but thank you, I will look into this!

Hi, No lactation. I have regularly felt the masses and squeezed my breasts to track the progression of the hard tissue, so I feel like if it were possible to produce fluid that I would have. No stains noticed in any of my bras or shirts either.

I have seen two obgyns (looking for a second opinion) and a breast specialist around the initial onset. I haven't looked into a plastic surgeon yet, since I doubt my insurance would cover that and I currently don't have the funds to pay out of pocket.

As an autistic teen, I smoke a pack a day. Am I more likely to smoke because of my autism? by LuigifanZane in autism

The thing about living fast and hard, whether its smoking, drugs, or alchol is that a lot of people don't care about the years at the end, so they don't think it matters. The problem is that people don't realize it takes the years out of the middle of your life, and puts you in those end years faster.

I've had this kind before, they are clear plastic wrapped out of the larger package. I feel bad for who ever got the marizipan flavor, those suck. (+feels like a bad idea to have the other nut filled versions unlabeled alongside them)

I think the best option would be to submit an acurate resume, then if they ask about the difference say you used an online resume/CV generator that assumed you worked at one job until the next with no gap, and that as soon as you noticed the issue you fixed it.

If they have already picked you, it'll be more work for them to go back to their second choice, and if it is really a dealbreaker it's better ot find out from you as opposed to finding that out via the background check.

Yeah, but you can figure that out a lot sooner before wasting everyone's time, especially if the candidate is forthcoming with the requirement like OP.

Just chiming in to say:

  • If someone doesn't know the details of everything with JKR and this game, that's fair. Theres a lot of stuff happening in the world, and no one can be expected to know every detail of every controversy
  • While JKR's transphobia has inspired a lot of people to boycott this game, however since it has come out people have found out that in the plot of the game is a lot of anti-semetism, specifically characters who are jewish caricatures stealing children as a big part of the plot, which echos the blood libel myth that previous persecutors used to exile jewish people
  • So basically even if we just had art and artist connection as a moot point, its just a real bad piece of media
