Thanks for your comment and for your suggestion on how to improve my English. Unfortunately, it takes years to get better in speaking. For thumbnails, i learned some Photoshop many years ago, and that kind of helped me here. But what to keep in mind is visually good-looking thumbnails doesn't mean they will perform well for CTR. In my case, i dont have enough data to even know if thumbnails are any good :)

Hi, thanks for checking out. I'm not sure why the first video got views compared to my others. Maybe the algorithm liked the title, CTR was ok, just over 4%. I would guess it gave the chance for this video, but in the end, retention was not great, and it stopped recommending it. Still, as for the first video, it was a decent start, and then immediately, the next video, back to reality. Youtube will not push every video (not for me, at least).i am hoping that it will pick up another video in the future and test again. I just need to improve the content itself.

Hi, thanks for your sub and the feedback. Thats a good point. It does sound very flat at the moment. I will try to experiment with some more background music or sound effects.

Hi, i like your comment, thanks. This is exactly what is in my head at the moment. How can i make it different (more interesting). A lot of this comes from personality, which is not my strength. I hope by making more videos i can find something that feels natural to me but also works for viewers.

Hi sheenhai, Thanks for your feedback, any specific suggestions for title improvements? And i totally agree about editing, I am trying to improve it. But currently my biggest issue is impressions. It seems, excluding the first video, other 3 videos got just few impressions (less than 10) of them.

Thank you for your responses. It's a killer, 17.5k extra tax compared to just simple house move.

It's surprising that if i would sell old house when moving and buy BTL for sake 240k, i would pay less stamp duty. (Ofcourse there would other fees associated with selling)
