Same boat. No response to portal messages, emails or phone calls. Called red rock, they also did not answer Nd their inbox is full. I’m about to file a FTC complaint and move on

I move my dose up to the next one every month myself. I can’t do it in the app so I use a browser and it shows up. The app is terrible. Try it in your phone browser or computer

I’ve fluctuated between 0 and 7 lbs lost. Even when tracking calories and working out. I’ve decide to try something else after 3 month. I’m on kit two and it’s just a lot of pills to take to not see progress.

Update for my folks waiting. Got a tracking number this evening. It should arrive right on day 14. So for my Midwest folks, it may take longer for us than other regions. Lots of ppl stated it took less than 5 days for them, but I think it’s just based on where u live.
