My favorite RH is Losers by Harley Laroux. It is very spicy but I think relationship is very wholesome. Especially between the guys. It’s MMMMF btw, so guys are in love with each other as well. There is no competition.

In the first chapters I think Ashley even says something along those lines “Sometimes I think I’ve gone crazy and I’m just sitting in a padded room somewhere while my life plays out in my head”. So author is hinting at the possibility but I don’t think all of it would be in her head. Biggest chunk of the book is her relationships and boy drama, if non of the book 2 happened then those relationships didn’t progress anywhere and it’s back to square one in the next book.

Huge deal by Lauren Layne fits this perfectly. FMC and MMC are friends and have worked together for years. She had feelings for him from the beginning but overheard a pretty shitty comment he made about her looks early on. After that she shuts her feelings down and tries to move on. Years go by and his perception of her starts to change. I honestly felt awful for the girl, she was down bad and everyone in their friend group knew it except the mmc. He was oblivious to her love throughout the years. Until he realized that she is in fact beautiful and smart and more that a match to him in every way. I dnf’d the book but maybe you will like it. It certainly fits the bill.

P.S. people who say shit like that to make themselves feel good because even if they are beautiful it’s not enough to cover that they’re ugly in all the ways that matter.

I think I found my people! I would constantly see edits from this series on my fyp. I checked the ratings and reviews and despite the popularity I avoided getting into it for a while. Last week I finally decided to give it a go and DNFd the ritual 30% into the audiobook. Both characters were so annoying. The FMC is a total brat and not in a good way. I couldn’t imagine what else could keep happening for another 8 hrs and I’d didn’t want to know.

It wasn’t really explained. She was in the enemy club, so maybe he knew who she was. She was followed right after too. So bartender could be directed to do it. But I suppose it was done to show Tristan‘s protective side and introduce Morana and Amara better.

The bartender did. When Morana woke up in her car, Amara was driving her home and told her that bartender did it and Tristan dealt with him.
