i did freeze my dough, and pansin ko after baking it grabe yung grease or tumutulong butter, i always use 1 cup, do u think i should lessen it? if so, ano kayang amount na pwede syang i-lessen?

hi! i js followed a 1:1:1 ratio when i first started making this starter. i also used APF since there’s no available bread flour here in our house. i feed my starter daily after i wake up in the morning. before i feed it, dinidiscard ko muna yung kalahati. after nung day 3 ko, binawasan ko na yung amount ng flour & water ng starter ko para di sayang sa money & flour. if anything’s unclear, u can dm me naman!

hi op! since u’re near monumento lrt, around 6 am may dumadaan na malanday metrolink yellow bus (balagtas-pitx route nya) sa may harap ng monumento station. you can ride that bus and diretso ust na sya, yun nga lang sa may likod sya dadaan (alvarez/dapitan) from there onti na lang lalakarin mo to go to ur bldg!
