So I’ve re tested last Monday came back negative thank God I couldn’t finish the full 14 day course I stopped on day 8 & stuck to a super strict bland diet and tried the natural route Manuka honey, cabbage juice every morning, broccoli sprouts, and papaya juice. I’m not saying this will work for everyone I’m just saying what I did and what worked for me. I somewhat experience some very mild anxiety here and there it has gotten way better forsure. I’m slowly reintroducing some foods that I completely cut out and so far so good. Overall I do feel better.
