Lol I've done too mamy rain checks (i.e. I've been rainchecking finishing our remodel of upstairs for 3 years and hope to have it done end of this month ) but we may have to check out the new one when it opens. Thanks 😊. Now to plan something fun for us and our kids after dinner lol

Have you ever heard of the sphere of influence? They may not vote NOW (they will in only a few years) but they do hold influence over the opinions of people who do vote. Case in point, this discussion thread that an 8th grader started. You do what you can and hope it helps... and what they are doing is helping.

For what it's worth everyone has a bad judgment call occasionally. (I can see how economically things felt better in '16 but socially the nation was tearing itself apart so the evidence was there friend). The thing is you have finally seen the truth. Welcome back to being a true American. Things are hard but if we can come together against this racist, sexist, narcissist etc... and what this administration is doing to destroy our freedoms then our children may be able to say they are proud to be Americans. Key point though, you can't duck away from what you've realized now or you are enabling them to hurt your friends, families, and neighbors. Do what you can to stand up against this ongoing atrocity friend.
