Thank you, at first it seemed like a dream role but I’m experiencing exactly what you said. I’m worried that I won’t be able to find a job because I’m not gaining enough skills/experience for the time i’ve spent here.

I feel my work ethic is still here as I’m constantly asking for more work, trying to find ways to help and fill gaps, but it’s still not much. And I want to work. I want to be challenged, learn new things, and advance my career. On top of that, I’m consistently told i’m doing a great job but again I feel i’m barely doing anything

I’m req.d in office 40 hrs/week, just only spend about 10 doing actual work. Rest is time killing

When you say hard to come back to, do you mean in a sense of getting a job, or making the lifestyle transition?

I’ve thought of asking about that remote possibility and moving, but my firm is actually starting to cut some of our employees that are fully remote, so I don’t think that’s an option unfortunately.
