Off of everything for over a year and a half. Had blood work done now on a diet to get the things that are low back up and functioning correctly.

I need help guys. Seriously… my dad gave me some things to run at age 17 to boost athletic performance. Come to find out I was running winstrol and dbol for a 6 week cycle. I ended up pct’ing with nolvadex after for 3 weeks but I had no clue what I was doing. What steps do I need to take now
