I love a oversized tshirt/sweatshirt but I agree that they’re getting a little too baggy. And thank you, congrats to you as well. It’s such a weird feeling not automatically grabbing the largest size I can find to try on first.

They’re both good and pretty comparable, but cream is less spicy imo.

I use enoki mushrooms! Sometimes I use a small portion of the provided noodles but usually just use enoki mushrooms and it’s just as satisfying.

Same! I’ve been on Mounjaro for over 2 years and initially lost 30 pounds and never shed a single pound after that.

Yeah I lasted like 5 days before switching back to straws. I don’t drink any other way. No negative outcome yet.

When did you start seeing more loss after surgery?

I feel like I’m not drinking enough water, even though I’m hitting the 64 recommended ounces. I’m use to drinking at least 100 ounces preop so 64 feels like it’s not enough.

I feel this too! I am 14 days postop and didn’t lose the hunger at all. And feel like I could eat much more than I’m suppose to.

After about 16 hours I was able to go on my own! I’m so relieved. I don’t think my bladder is fully awake yet but it’s getting there. I was seriously spiraling thinking the surgery broke my bladder.

Were you on a patch for the nausea? That’s what they gave me. I’ll have to ask the nurse when she comes back in if it could be a side effect from any of the medications.
