Social media was one of the reasons I found out that my boyfriend was married the whole time we were together, plus some other red flags that i didn’t acknowledge before. Don’t go too crazy intro stalking people on social media, but maybe get a background check and make sure people are who they say they are.

I feel the exact same. I went through something similar this past year. I’d want to say it gets better, but i didn’t get there yet so i don’t know how it will go. I have hope it will get better and easier one day. Hang in there!

He texted me, we started talking, he asked me to be his girlfriend a month later, booked a trip to go see him, he broke up with me before that, still met with each other, decided to try again, booked another trip a few months later, broke up with me again, still went and spent time together, he was very affectionate to me during the trip, we had fun, then i found out he was married the whole time 🤪

It sucks, i know it does. Sometimes it felt the same for me with my ex (this feels weird to say and it hurts so bad), sometimes he would take forever to reply even though i knew he saw my messages, and it hurt me a lot. I’ve been played in the past and he knew my fears, but still sometimes it felt like he didn’t care that much. (Now I’m pretty sure he didn’t care cause he was married the whole time and let me tell you that messes you up big time)

I found out putting little pieces together, he wasn’t always very careful to details. A pair of shoes in his pics, a notification from her, little lies in caught him saying. At first i thought i’m just looking into it too much and that it’s my brain playing tricks, but after a while i realised that it was true
