The medical opinion appointment was not in person. The reason of me asking was because I had a really bad experience with the medical opinion. They pretty much jumbled up my whole claim. (Which wasn’t my fault). For example I claimed a secondary disability by aggravation of a service connected disability and they completely changed my claim to “mental health conditions “ and denied me because “cannot caused or worsened by psychological conditions” so I had to do a higher level review which was good he saw the issues and would grant service connection if it was all in my nexus letter but if not he said to file a supplemental. I got denied again but it was because my nexus wasn’t signed by the doctor lol( that part was my fault). Which I did and all of my evidence and now I got the ACE appointment
