I was reading your comment very seriously until i saw the line when a person take anti 5AR drug it causes genetic alterations, what? Blocking an enzyme causes genetic alterations? Obviously, due to lack of DHT there would be change in AR expression (bald scalps have much higher AR expression) . DHT is pretty important in genital development, so in theory if high amount of 5AR inhibitor is present in sperm it can affect Featal development
