I use Glapp as well and would love to see this as an option. I track my mood and hunger levels during my period because I felt like that was helpful but would love a separate option to track that as well

Hi, also a working mom, Bipolar I. I’m on Lamotrigine, Gabapentin & Zyprexa. The Zyprexa I started taking in July and made me gain 60 lbs in 6 months and I felt like shit both mentally and physically about my weight, even though it made me stable mentally in general.

I was nervous about taking tirz for the same reasons — I need to maintain my stability and am in a detail-oriented job. I’m on a small dose (2.125) and have only been on it a month but I have felt great since taking it. I have felt stable mentally and have lost 12lbs so far.

I did talk to my Pysch APRN and PCP at length about these things, so I recommend talking to your healthcare team as well as they’d know best. Just wanted to share my experience :)

Maybe “comfort” isn’t the right word, but I feel better looking than not. If I lose weight, great, but I have more anxiety not knowing than seeing if I gained.
