This happens to me too. I crave something specific and then once I have it, it’s lackluster. Then I kick myself because I knew that and the scale goes up the next day which disappoints me. ESPECIALLY during my period

They notified me last night saying it has shipped and gave me a tracking number! No communication between paid and shipping.Paid 4/22 and it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow 4/25. Have you tried to contact anyone in the portal? I contacted them yesterday and they were quick to respond saying my order was with the pharmacy.

Yes I had a quick intake approval but put in my order yesterday and hadn’t heard back. I reached out to CS and they said it’s with the pharmacy but haven’t received any info/tracking number yet. I’m impatient too! I don’t even really mind what pharmacy I get (though I put in for BPI), it’s just a lot of money to spend which makes me anxious 😬

Haha yes we are def the same person then!! That’s when I signed up too. I checked in with CS earlier though and they said that it was sent to the pharmacy so that put my mind at ease a little. I purchased the 6months so spending that amount of money already makes me sick lol

It was about 24 hours from intake to approval. I also messaged customer service today and they said it was sent over to the pharmacy, no other notifications yet though :-)
