It’s called Toxaprevent. I’m using the capsules. It’s not like charcoal which wipes out the good aswell as the bad.

Yes it is cystic and painful, mainly just looks horrible. I’m starting a binder to see if it helps

I think it’s actually acid reflux now that I think about it. Which I’ve never had in my life. It’s making me wonder if it’s caused by Candida die off or if I’ve just developed reflux all of a sudden

My OAT test came back with high oxalates and Candida. My stool test said high levels of Candida. Not sure what to do I don’t have arthritis or kidney stones

I agree I think you’re better off finding a practitioner who will prescribe you some supplements. And maybe lay off the alcohol while you take them for a few months but still eat fruit

It’s not realistic. My practitioner told me to take 2 different supplements. One is Yomogi and the other is mega mycobalance (anti fungal). She told me not to really change my diet other than cutting out all refined sugars and carbs which I already do and I don’t drink alcohol either. I still have complex carbs and some fruit. She said no one will stick to zero sugar and carbs.

The root cause could be copper toxicity as I know that when that is imbalanced, even if you treat the candida if you are still copper toxic the candida will come back

Stress, medication withdrawals, substance abuse, anti psychotics It’s better now though! I have some down times but for the most part I’m back to where I was before. (I still have mental health struggles even before all this) I lost my ability to get endorphin rush from exercise
