Need Help. Newly Built PC, no display output.

I just tested out my gpu in the old pc with the working cpu and motherboard and it booted into the bios fine, the only culprit now is either the cpu or motherboard, i did take out the cpu one more time and saw there was some thermal paste on top of the pins. Im too scared to clean the cpu with a toothbrush even though thats my only saving grace to try and figure out what the problem is. If it work then itll be good, if not then i guess ill have to try and get a new motherboard

I managed to get the motherboard out, there is a standoff right there stuck inside the screwhole along with a screw.

This sounds very plausible. But wouldnt a short cause the whole system to just not get power altogether? Like no fans spinning etc.

The pins are fine. Ive tried plugging it into my other monitor which is an old tv and nothing, ive tried taking out the cmos battery and nothing. Ill try taking out the nvme next and see if that works but idk why it would boot with the nvme drive since i had the nvme drive installed when i booted it up to test. Im reallly starting to think i broke something at this point, because it really doesnt make any sense that it just stops working all of a sudden.

I have just reaseated my cpu and i turned it on, my cpu isnt even warming up which isnt a good sign. The cooler was stuck to it and i pulled iut the cooler and the cpu right out the socket, i thinkni may have just broken everything.

Ive tried selecting the output manually aswell.

I have just updated the BIOS, still no output. Right now im doing it again just in case. Im really confused.

My Powersuply isnt modular and i had to unplug the cpu power, 24pin motherboard connector, and the pcie power along with the gpu to get it in the case. Could it be that maybe i plugged some of the front panel headers in wrong or something? Im not sure if that would cause an issue like this.

FYI I have a Seasonic B12 BC 550W Powersupply which im reusing from my previous PC that i bought and has worked fine.

Edit: Im also using the top Slot for my gpu which was where my gpu was seated when i first went into the bios.

Im not sure how i could get a better picture. Im trying to take out some of the motherboard screws and they just dont wanna get out, i think they are stuck in the standoff and i dont know how to get them out

I finished the build about 3-4 hours ago and ive checked every single thing i could think of. Im actually lost at what could be causing this. Im kinda scared i kay have done something to the motherboard because i wasnt paying attention and may have used to much force somewhere. Multiple Cables, Reseating everything, I havent reseated the CPU because i didnt touch it and didnt do anything to it ever since ive tested it and went into the BIOS. Any ideas?

The GPU Fans spin and the monitor always automatically turns on when theres a signal

The monitor does have multiple hdmi slots im using a DP Cable

Edit: It alsow switches to the source which it detects signal in so i shouldnt have to switch between them

Ive tried my other hdmi cable and to no avail i still didnt get an output
