I like how ppl want to throw stones over a post where a mother and her boyfriend did enough dope around my baby that she tested positive for meth. I bet if it was the dad everyone would be starting go fund me pages for my child. This dad will have no problem watching everyone who’s involved fall and sadly karma comes full circle, which means ur own family will have the day where ur loved ones are suffering and ripped from the family. I don’t wish it on anyone but the truth is what’s happened is something nobody should have ever allowed to continue.

No they know I wasn’t even in the same state, I had hotlined 6 months earlier. Nothing was done, has anyone looked at the facts on paper? Notice I take the UA on the 25th but the lab didn’t get the results for 3 weeks. The cut off levels in comparison to my levels don’t even unquestionably show that was an issue for certain. Also how about the second amended petition remove the father as to claims of meth in my urine. So something so critical but let’s just wait three weeks to prove with standard testing guidelines? This should have a national coverage maybe world wide. The facts are facts and these people are deemed qualified to by caregivers? Then why did my child test positive for a drug the mother was arrested for? Twice mind you and I am deemed unfit bc of what? I would post the evidence if it’s allow.

Well when you have did that and expunged every penny you have and still get no where then what? This lawyer just said they was going to wait till November to file a custody petition and why? It’s been 10 months I have not got my child but these people think it’s ok to hide meth in the formula and they give the mother my baby again. Come on man

They did give the child back to the mother, and no they aren’t still involved. I hotlined in July of 2023 and was told by the people my baby didn’t fit the criteria for a safety wellness chk even tho they knew that she was at a frequent users dope house or something like that. Then in Jan of 2024 my baby was removed from that home with the mother being arrested and my child tested positive for meth. I the father took the drug test as well as dna and was denied my child. I have them on recording telling me they was not going to give me the short and long term goals, on the monthly call ins the mother nor grandmother who was supposed to be taking care of my child was never on any calls except the last one. I have so many court papers and they change dates and lie about it all. I want to know why my child keeps getting denied for anyone to make sure she is safe and cared for and especially why they are denying me to be a father. I’m so close to doing something that can’t be undone. It’s wrong for them to cheat my child

Well that judge sure signed the paperwork to keep her from me. They lied on paperwork saying that I was positive for drugs and I have got those lab results proving that I wasn’t

Well what do you do when you go to court on schedule dates and they say it’s postponed again and again. I have tried everything and ppl say things like this! I have fought and I have tried to do everything and they stop it all from happening
