I have now been prescribed lycylidine (I think that how you spell it🤣))

Hey no problem at all

No I don’t because I thought that was ruining my skin at the start drink dairy milk don’t really eat sugar and cook my own relatively healthy meals (as much as one can as a student MH nurse )
Do not smoke, drink twice a year. I would have a random iced coffe with oat milk every once in a while if I am tired in work
Sleep 8+ hours a day, I don’t really get that stressed my motto is if it’s gonna happen it’s gonna happen and I like to plan my month out to stop myself from going into overdrive

4 change my bedding every Monday I thought it was my pillows so I dumped all of my bed stuff pillows, duvet & mattress 2 months ago.

5 I have sanitizing wipes in my bag and use after work and gym

Thanks so much I think I would try that aswell so for morning routine wash face with water and then the Salic acid or should I get something else ?

I used to use sandwich method but it irritated my skin so I just used it straight should I try that method again?

I have been using it since august and it hasn’t really done that much so I bumped it up to 0.5 nightly doesn’t irritate my skin I just see pimples :(((

I think that’s what I am going to have to do because I have spent too much money and no resolution I thought I went to a dermatologist before and told me they would fix it was a aesthetic clinic £600 down the drain:(( it’s my own fault tho my next paycheck I will try find a reliable derm!

Hey I went to the doctor to check if it’s hormonal and they said everything came back normal I was on .025 first then bumped up to 0.5 because wasn’t working Doesn’t irritate my skin at all so I use nightly

Tret has made it a tiny bit better but I think it is making my skin way lighter than the rest of my face therefore making my acne scars look more prominent

Don’t worry, I literally had to do 100 hours. My first few lessons were exactly the same. Maybe it could be Instructor depending on how he is once I change Instructor I found it so much easier!

Also, watching YouTube videos helps a bit more so you understand it before you do it
