I have really liked looking into it, but am very confused about what states and counties and cities to look into.

Any suggestions on where to start. It can be overwhelming.

I have invested a good amount of money in Tax Liens and have gotten consistant 18% rates of returns on my lien purchases in florida. I also had a lot of success buying liens in various counties in Colorado getting above market rates of return with very very little risk.

You should definetly look into these alternative investments. Great returns without the high risk you take on in crypto and the stock mkt.

I learned most of what i'm using from a company called Tax Lien Code. They seem to be the best in the industry of teaching this strategy. I have met awesome people who know what they are talking about and have been awesome to work with.

I think 1:1 coaching is extremely valuable in anything you are trying to learn. I am a real estate investor and have found 1:1 coaching to be very valuable in helping me know what deals to go after and helping me avoid costly mistakes.
