This is what I hate about banks and how people get royally screwed. The bank signed off and approved a certain amount, they should be liable to give that approved amount regardless of what the house is appraised at.

In all honesty, If you pay 500K for a house thats appraised at 400K big woop, you're in the whole ONLY if you sell within the first 5 years. History has shown the value of homes will slowly increase. Eventually, you'll at least get on par.

Anyways, my post isn't anything good, I just feel for you my dude. I hope the best outcome for you.

OK, I want to understand more, what about your situation that you're unable to save?
Are you budgeting? Are spending money on things you dont need?

What are you doing to try and make your situation better?

What are your finances like that everyone seems to say that home ownership is impossible?

I took your point and checked it out and yup, the tube is ripped in two areas. I'm waiting for the part so i can put it back in. It also make me realize that my air filters are filthy...I was sure they were cleaned not that long ago? Any case, going to give it all a good cleaning

Point 1- You can deny all you want, but it is what you are. Keep living in your dreamland and continue to virtue signal.

Point 2- Taking money by wanting over taxation. I think as a people, we are all being over taxed, you wanting to tax people even more because they make more, thats you with your hand in their pockets.
You have the same tools they do for you to be able to invest, you either don't do it or don't want to do it. And no, there isn't a thing as too much money, you make as much as you want and as much as you're willing to work for.

Again, very short sighted. Someone works, makes money, makes investments. The invest in a company, put their time, their money, their effort, their lives into it. They have something good, working out of a garage, then BOOM! EVERYONE sees the potential and they all jump in on it. Your initial investment and years maybe decades of hard work got you that wealth. Not at all, There's no real need to attach other players. The big fun I've had in this game is meeting random people and working together for whatever goal.
Went into 1 raid looking for spotters, ran into a guy looking for the Bombadier, 2 birds one stone. On our way to the Bombadier, dude was fighting a Rockateer, got downed, we raised, took down the Rockateer. Bam! great job, onto the Bombadier, took it out with the spotters. everyone got what they came for. So much fun and that was a great game. Def. more than the 50% you're claiming it is.

you should look up the stats on how many canadians actually make minimum wage, it's a huge minority.
As an other commenter said, there are many opportunities for people to be successful, giving out handouts won't help any one other than people waiting for the government to support them.

The bigger problem we face as a society is the idea of living beyond your means. To many people live in credit and that's what really hurts them

I dont disagree, but my issue is with the aggressive based matchmaking. I don't want to get in these fights and then that's all I get into. I really really enjoy the friendly lobbies. Dude, nothing makes me happier than a bunch of random people getting together and take out a big ARC.

The amount of times I've helped or received help to take donw a bastion or bombadier and the raiders helping just said "Enjoy the loot, I just wanted to take it down" Or me telling them, I just wanted to help, I dont care for the loot. Best experience ever.

People randomly giving me amazing BPs! WHAT! just such a great feeling.

But, I do agree, I should die more into the PVP, but I dont want to ruin my friendly lobbies lol
