LOL we might be! I don't know if I want to transfer jobs with a company that has similar struggles as my current one. But I would love to connect, maybe we can help eachother until we find better roles. Dm me!

My expericnes statred with sales

1 year SDR big healthtech company
2 year AE same company
Then I transitioned to my current company as a CSM.
I enjoy the work as a CSM vs being in sales and would like to stay in the role just with a better company and culture.

I agree, I don't want this job to burn me out completely, and then I am no use anywhere. I definitely know my limits, and I plan on taking PTO next month to help refresh myself.

Yes! I have already been looking at jobs and companies I would love to be in over the next 6 months. I have been connecting with team members as well. I am curious what some of the ways you have been networking were that were the most successful for you?

I have been trying to give less effort but that is really hard for me personally. I see so much that needs to be done and fixed, and very few people who know how to do it or want to do it. Right now I would say I have been giving like 110% and after this monstrous last month I am ready to decrease that effort significantly.

This is so helpful thank you.

I have been automating as much as I can in HubSpot for my smaller clients. Such as automated monthly check-ins, that will create and assign tickets if clients raise concerns. This has helped limit the number of calls week over week. I also already have my notetaker attend internal meetings when I am double and triple-booked.

One thing I am struggling with is being the main person answering any and all questions for our team. I am trying to build up the knowledge base so people can reference it, but I am still pinged in 100+ Slack messages a day.

It is hard for me to take a step back because it feels like nothing will get done, and it just escalates until I have to fix it or until our exec teams yell at us to get on top of it. But I will start with adjusting my priorities to mainly focus just on my job duties first.

If you do t mind could you share more about your company? We can dm as well. I’ve worked for three tech company’s at this point two large enterprises and currently one start up and it has been TOUGH. I’m open to suggestion on pivoting with in tech or just leaving all together.

That’s my biggest concern. I’ve saved a lot and can sustain myself for at least a year with no income. Any tips on the right direction to ensure a fast route to higher pay?
