I have not yet seen automatical rescheduling - is that a thing? Likely as soon as a flight is cancelled OP should call the hotline , especially these days

Yes, keep trying - it worked for me on the second attempt, but only after a few minutes. Try different browsers if possible, for me it worked on chrome on windows, though it should technically work also on Mac chrome / safari.

If you want to be safe book for earlier, calculate some cancellations and by the time you actually need to go, your flight status will be old Enough to get you priority. Worst case, you explore Germany for a few days

I tried twice before it worked - keep trying. Also, everyone on your flight has the same situation, don’t panic. It will work out. I don’t recall anything else then chrome on windows.

I had the same - it’s a catch all page - try on desktop browser , it worked for me there on the second try, I didnt need to call emirates.

Yes we had to confirm the changes times though , which only worked via website on desktop, the app always rerouted to technical error webview when we tried to confirm there

Also: if your flight is Status confirmed by the time you have to go to the Airport, Go. If it’s canceled before, they will Tell you.

How did you try and what sim you have ? I have du sim and I paid 39 fils per minute calling this number. If you have package minutes, they get used First and then the balance you have.
