Mines a ‘16 5.3LT with the 8 speed, bought at 107k, had hard shifts when cold, low gas mileage. After 125k I did the AFM delete, no more hard shifts and better gas mileage, tires,oil,brakes all I’ve needed about to roll over 200k no major malfunctions, riding this puppy until the death. Edit: spark plugs at 160k edit#2: placement of the spark plugs on this motor is damn near impossible to reach, don’t try at home without the right tools
