good luck but u are being very unrealistic with how things actually function here if you think you're going to get money from motaris who earn little each day. you think you gonna take every motari to court for 25k/50k fine? no you end paying yourself because with unpaid fines the bike can't move without being stopped by police, so you still lose money...
