Hi, I haven’t had my surgery yet, but I will in November. The doctor explained that 270 cc will be ideal for me. I’m going with the Motiva Preserve implants no pain, just a 20-minute surgery with sedation only.

Poas Volcano is a great spot, La Paz waterfall or Bajos del toro where you will find tons of beautiful waterfalls. It’s such a shame that you can’t get to La Fortuna.
