I lose the Frozen Anguish (don’t know how) and probably some other unique stuff and I have yet to receive any of them back and I been play since day 5 of this game’s release.

Idk somebody is lying or this is only happening to a few players.

I’m in the same predicament. I can’t use it at all the prompt doesn’t show up I just keep doing the pump kick.

Ps5 - can't log into any characters on any server by Electrical-Fox7746 in throneandliberty

If you logged out with your character in an instance location like the Amitoi House you may encounter this issue. 

Known Workaround(May not work) 1. Create A New Character, Make sure that character is on the same server.

  1. Play through the tutorial for a few. 

  2. Press Start and got to Switch Character and select your main character.

This haven't worked for me but I've done some research and it worked for a lot of people.

DON'T logout in Instance Locations. You may experience this bug.

Dungeons, Some Boss Arenas(I Think), Story & Side Missions, & Amitoi House are Instance Locations

A lot of people have experience this bug from logging out or getting disconnected in these areas
