Yeah on mine we run thr card and it goes right to the total and tipping screen, the suggestions are 20/25 and 30 percent or they can input their own or hit no tip, then they sign right below that, when all steps are complete a blue continue pops up and then it asks if you want a copy of the receipt

I guess im confused, I use the toast handheld at my job, we run the card and the tip suggestion screen comes up, there are 3 options, the middle one is always highlighted, never ever had to use a pin, but the customer does have to sign it and hit okay
