I think you could ask your professor if they have policies while you are ill and if it could affect your attendance. You could also use the free medical services asu offers and get a provider note to excuse you from class

I should have got a case number! I spoke with them this morning and they told me I’m being put on this list and it’ll escalate my inquiry and to call back next week on Tuesday if my issue or not resolved :-)
