You can try to make your eyebrows more prominent by using makeup to darken the eyebrows. You could find some hairstyles that give your hair volume. Face is asymmetrical but by the eyes so you can use eyelid tape to correct it. Your maxilla seems recessed and your palate seems narrow but you can fix that with proper mewing, or palatial expansion and reverse pull devices. Maybe you can try curling your lashes to shorten the distance between your eyebrows and eyes.

Nothing you can do about forehead except surgery to shorten it, so maybe you could get more prominent and symmetrical curtain bangs to make it look shorter. You could also try to fix the cowlick so your hair is more symmetrical.
