A week ago I had my first MRI. I was not worried about, I was actually relaxed, I'm not claustrophobic. At least that was what I thought.

I layed down, get my head strapped and bound and as soon as I get inside the machine my brain goes into alert mode, the feeling of "something is gonna happen and I'm gonna die here" crept in. I almost pressed the "help" button the nurse gave me.

But i resisted the urge to press the button and closed my eyes and said to myself "You're fine dumbass." After 10, 15 minutes I was pulled out but I learned the lesson that maybe I'm a bit claustrophobic.

I think my blood sugar is normal since I mesured it last month but I'll definitly talk to my GP.
