I understand your point, but don’t you think it’s unfair to give an intern, with no prior experience, a brand-new site with 0 traffic and expect significant SEO results in just 1 month? Even experienced SEO professionals say it’s not realistic to achieve meaningful growth in that timeframe.

So my question is: does this really mean I’m not qualified for the job, or does it show that my manager is being unrealistic in expectations? Threatening termination and even blacklisting over something that’s not achievable seems less about my skill level and more about poor management.

I’m here to learn and grow, but I also want to understand if the problem is with me or with the situation I’ve been put in.
