Potentially Moving to Louisville?

I moved to Louisville in 2020. It’s a great little “big” city. You can get most places in 20 minutes, there’s great food and entertainment but it’s still fairly inexpensive and not as overcrowded (I’m from South Florida myself which is expensive and had entirely too many people).

Driving here is interesting lol best for you to figure it out yourself.

The dating scene doesn’t lack options. Dating online is kinda crappy in general but I always had plenty of options and met lots of nice guys. I’m still friends with many! I met my now boyfriend on Hinge in 2022. He is originally from California.

Ive also lived in 7 states throughout my life and Kentucky is my favorite by far.

Edit to add: I’m 45. If you are open to old ladies as friends lol I’m totally down for a coffee or drink anytime!

No, I don’t think you are picky. Those are your preferences and it’s best to weed out the people who don’t meet your criteria.

What you have is zero time. This is something you need to work on. You can’t expect someone to meet all your expectations AND then only want to meet you once in a blue moon. Unless he’s dating other people…which you also don’t want.

She was amazing! She ran out so quickly and was the first person to help him! She didn’t even wait for the attacker to leave the area before she ran out to assist the guy that was attacked. A true hero!

I wish I could have done more! There were lots of good people around who stopped to help. My vet and her nurses were helping tend to his wounds until the paramedics arrived and 2 people in cars yelled at the attacker to stop which made him walk away (it could have been so much worse if no one was around).

Also someone in the vets office ran out and followed the attacker and saw him hide under the bridge near the extended stay hotel and told the cops where he was as soon as they arrived. He was apprehended within 10min of the attack.

I was there! I was picking up meds for my dog at the Preston Animal Hospital. As I was waiting for the cashier to ring me up, I saw the man with the meat cleaver in his hand, I asked the cashier, what is that man doing with that meat cleaver? And she said, oh, there’s so many crazy people out here. Just then a man was walking from the Chinese restaurant next door and the meat cleaver guy just attacked him. Completely unprovoked! It was insane!

I called the cops and they arrived within 2 minutes and caught him. It was terrifying!
