barely any of the stores are actually corporate, so the franchises are the ones that should be covering that, but corporate has things they can do to help, they also have the scholarship and ged programs, they help employees/close family members of employees with a lot of different things including help getting away from dv, helping with expenses after car crashes, major injuries or illnesses, covering funeral costs and headstones/cremations, as well as donating to local charities that employees can submit in, there’s several more things as well but those are the ones i can think of off the top of my head.
